What is the Women's Ministry?

The Women's Ministry of The Moody Church, is designed to follow the biblical principle of women teaching other women. We want to see every woman in the church find and use her gift in the body of Christ, and help those who are hurting to find healing.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors gives guidance and sets the agenda for the programs and ministries sponsored by the Women's Ministry.

Our current Board members are: Marilyn Belt, Vivienne Dawkins, Alene Dix, Rebecca Lutzer, Phyllis Watkins, Patti Jones, Sandy Long, Melinda Herron, Megan McSween, Jennet Manjali, LaVerne Webb, Stacy Cresswell and Lynne Hertzberg.

Our TLC Project

We send a birthday “surprise package” to all of our single women missionaries each year, as well as a card and a small gift to the married ladies.

We need your help year-round to keep this project going. Please join us in showing love and care to our sisters on the mission field.

Suggested gift items are listed below. Donations can be dropped off at the Women’s Ministry Table in Memorial Hall on any Sunday.
